I recently visited Layer Skin and Hair Clinic for a PRP session, following a recommendation from Dr. Yamini, who is a family friend. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The staff member who handled the blood collection was extremely skilled and professional, ensuring proper antiseptic preparation and anesthesia application before the procedure. Dr. Roshni did a fantastic job throughout the PRP session, constantly checking on my comfort and making sure I experienced minimal to no pain. The entire procedure took around 40 minutes, and the level of care and attention provided was exceptional. What impressed me even more was their generosity, they initially did not want to charge us because of Dr. Yamini's referral, and only accepted a very nominal fee after we insisted. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a friendly, caring, and highly competent team.
